We will not accept goods for return or credit, other than for claim warranty, unless we have first granted permission and you receive a return material authorization number issued by us. Risk of loss for returned goods will remain with you, and you shall reimburse us for any costs it incurs in connection with the shipment and return of goods including, but not limited to: (a) 15% handling; (b) examination; and (c) repacking charge. Customizations and/ or data conversions designed to your specifications are not returnable under any circumstances, and you shall reimburse us for any costs incurred in connection, except for approved claims.
