How to change the server that Guru is currently using.

Solution

1. From Guru, navigate to Help | Change Server
2. Select the appropriate computer name from the list
3. Click OK

A connection to a server can be tested from this menu by clicking the "Test Server" button

If you cannot open GURU then:

1. Open Add/Remove Programs
   - Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs
2. Highlight GURU and then click 'Change'
3. Click 'Next' | Choose 'Modify' | Click 'Next'
4. Click 'Next' until you get to the end and it asks if you wish to 'Install' (DO NOT CLICK INSTALL)
5. Click 'Back'
6. Browse to the other SQL Server
7. Click 'Next'
8. Click 'Install'
